Your Guide to Making the Most of Market Rewards

We’ve compiled some of our most frequently asked questions about our Market Rewards program for the benefit of our loyal customers!

  1. I just downloaded the Market Rewards app. Where did all my previous points go from my Market Rewards card?

Don’t worry, your points aren’t gone! If the physical Market Rewards card has been your go-to for a while, we can easily link that card to your Market Rewards app. Simply email us (marketrewards@tigerfuel.com) the card number as well as the 6-digit registration code on the back of the card and we can attach it to your account. From now on, just use your loyalty number when you’re at the pump or making purchases in the store (1 + your phone number).

  1. I’m trying to use my Market Rewards at the pump, but it’s not working. What do I do?

We know it can be tricky if you’re in a hurry! And we know those fuel points are superrrr important. Select Loyalty Number at the pump, then select Market Rewards, and finally enter 1 + your phone number attached to your account. From here, it will ask if you want to use your fuel discount. (And of course you want to!)

  1. I made a purchase and forgot to use my Market Rewards account. Can you adjust my point balance?

Yes, we can! We just need to see your receipt so we can adjust your Rewards balance accordingly. You can email a picture of your receipt to marketrewards@tigerfuel.com.

  1. Do I earn points at the pump?

Yes, that’s one of the best parts about our Rewards program! You receive 10 points for every $1 spent in the store and 5 points for every gallon purchased at the pump. Not to mention you receive a 0.20¢/gal fuel discount when you initially sign up for Market Rewards!

  1. How do I redeem my points for free items?

If you’re using our Market Rewards app, you’ll select the “Redeem Rewards” button where you’ll be able to choose what item(s) you want to redeem your points for. On the “Redeem Rewards” page, the items that can be redeemed will have a red rectangle, whereas the items that require more points will have a grayed-out rectangle.

If you’re redeeming your points for free items online, you’ll navigate to our Market Rewards page. You’ll select “Log In” where you’ll then choose which items you would like to redeem your points for. Keep in mind, once you’ve selected your rewards, you’ll have 30 days to use it before it’s gone!

  1. Once I’ve redeemed a reward, where does it go?

You can find your rewards under “My Account”. When using a reward, you can either scan the barcode on your app, swipe your Market Rewards card, or enter your loyalty number (1 + your phone number) at the register. It really is that easy!

  1. Can I place an order through the Market Rewards app?

Yes! It really couldn’t be easier (and we aren’t just flattering ourselves). Once you’ve logged into the app, select Order Now where you’ll have the option to choose a location for pickup. You can even search by zip code to see the store that’s closest to you! After selecting a store, choose what you’re craving from our variety of options. Once your order is complete, add to your basket and head to the payment page where you’ll be able to save your card information for next time! On the payment page, you’ll be able to use any Rewards you have available, and you’ll have the option to select your preferred day and time of pickup. After submitting payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your pickup time listed. From there, it’s time to get your grub on!
